No. We invest development services at near-cost rates so you can leverage top-tier talent to make the most of your current runway. Think of us as your technical co-founders — we bring the full stack (design, engineering, compliance, QA), and you bring the vision and distribution.

What is the investment mechanism?
We typically structure the partnership through one or several SAFE agreements, entering at the same valuation as your current or most recent round. In some cases, alternative vehicles can be used, but SAFE is our default — it's founder-friendly and keeps things simple.
