Magpie has launched a supplemental digital tool that can be used in schools year-round to support the reading development of Kindergarten students.
In 20+ minute sessions, students engage in developmentally appropriate instructional videos and educational games to address the key subcomponents of Kindergarten literacy: phonemic awareness, decoding and encoding, word chaining, letter formation, print concepts, high-frequency words, and meaningful reading experiences.
